fifty2:thirty – Blood Moon

On 27th of August 2018, a special event happened: a total lunar eclipse, coincided with Mars being nearly as close as possible to Earth, a concurrence that happens once every 25,000 years.

This is a selection of six exposures of a time series, showing the different states on leaving the shadow.
